Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking any services.
Nature of Service
All services offered through Hellogloomy are custom creative services — including UGC video production, concept development, and scriptwriting. Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of this work, our refund policy reflects the effort invested at each stage of the process.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking. This deposit covers initial research, concept development, and scheduling. It will not be refunded under any circumstances once work has commenced.
Cancellations
Cancellations made before work has commenced will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made after filming has begun are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made after final files have been delivered are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Revisions
Every package includes one revision round. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of file delivery. Requests submitted after this window will be treated as a new project and charged accordingly.
Dissatisfaction
If you are unhappy with the delivered content, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with specific and actionable feedback. We will work with you to address concerns within the agreed revision scope. Dissatisfaction with content that was produced in line with the agreed brief and creative direction does not qualify for a refund.
We are not responsible for content performance including engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, or ad results — these depend on factors outside our control including brand strategy, targeting, and platform algorithms.
Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver agreed content due to circumstances outside our control, a full or partial refund will be offered at our discretion depending on the stage of work completed.
