Thank you for choosing Hellogloomy for your UGC content creation needs. Since all services offered through Hellogloomy are digital and custom-created, there is no physical shipping involved.
No Physical Shipping
All deliverables including UGC videos, raw files, and creative assets are delivered electronically. There are no shipping costs, handling fees, or physical products involved at any stage.
How We Deliver Your Content
Once a project is confirmed, contracted, and completed, all files will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Google Drive: Final raw files, hook variations, and any additional assets will be shared via a Google Drive link sent directly to your email. Files will be clearly organised and labelled by video type and hook variation.
Preferred Method: If you have a preferred file sharing platform or delivery method, please let us know during the consultation and we will accommodate where possible.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery is within 5 business days of filming completion unless otherwise agreed in your service contract. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available as a paid add-on — please request this during consultation.
Retainer clients receive priority turnaround as part of their package.
Access Issues or Delays
If you have not received your files within the agreed delivery window:
Check your spam or junk folder for the Google Drive share notification.
Ensure you provided the correct email address during onboarding.
If you still have not received your files, contact us at ayushi@hellogloomy.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Consultation Bookings
After submitting the enquiry form, you will receive a Calendly link to book a free 30-minute consultation. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after booking. If you do not receive a confirmation within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
